HIGH POWER CW LASER DIODES 635-805nm |
The high power laser diodes CW serie offers an output power range from 0.5 to 7Watts. These laser diodes have a centered wavelength at 805nm +/- 5nm with a spectral width at 2.5nm FWHM.
The Visible CW Laser Diodes - CWR Series at 635nm are specially designed for use in diode based medical applications such as PDT (Photo Dynamic Therapy) Other applications include analytical equipment and illuminators. |

HIGH POWER PULSED LASER DIODES 850-905nm |
These CVD Serie pulsed lasers are available with up to 140W of peak power at either 850nm or 905nm. They offer a stable output power at between -40°C and +80°C.
The CVN Serie is a high power monolithic stack pulse laser diode at 905nm with an output peak power up to 375Watts. A fiber coupled device up to 188W is aslo available. |
